	Investor in People Silver Edenred is an accredited Investor in People employer and has been accredited for the last eighteen years.
Environmental Policy ISO 14001 Certificate	ISO 14001 ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving an organisation’s environmental performance. Edenred is committed to minimising the impact of our business activities on the environment, achieving the ISO 14001 accreditation is another step towards fully meeting our CSR commitment. To gain the ISO 14001 we established an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) which showed our long term assurance to reducing our environmental impact and the amount of pollution and waste produced by the company.
Quality Policy ISO 9001 Certificate	ISO 9001:2008 ISO 9001:2008 is the most widely recognized international standard for Quality Management. This is the process of ensuring that all aspects of designing, developing and implementing a product or service are effective and efficient. As part of gaining ISO 9001 accreditation, we established unique quality objectives and recording procedures and implemented a system of continual improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We developed Quality Management principles that are customer and leadership driven, and involve all our people, systems and processes.
	ISO 27001 ISO 27001 is the international standard that specifies a process for information security governance, control and compliance. Edenred are one of only 477 companies in the UK who have acheived the standard and it plays a crucial role in enhancing the trust and confidence in our services, people, processes and technology and deliver value to our customers and business partners.
	Employee Benefits Awards 2010 Employee benefits magazine announced the winners of the 2010 Employee Benefits Awards at a ceremony held in London, on the 25 June. There were 100 finalist and only 21 winners, with four of these being Edenred's clients. A further three clients were runners up to the award and two reached the finalist stage.
	Best Company 'one to watch' Best Companies are recognised as the standard in workplace engagement, with specific categories for small organisations, medium-sized organisations, large organisations, not-for-profit organisations and one dedicated to housing associations. Edenred is an accredited Best Companies ‘one to watch’ employer, committed to continuous improvement in our employee engagement standards and the way we work in order to achieve higher satisfaction levels across all areas of our business.
	Silver Quality Mark Award for Payroll Giving The Government supported Payroll Giving Quality Mark is a benchmarking system that recognises when an employer offers the scheme and signifies those businesses operating exceptional schemes. The Silver Award is accredited to companies that have over 5% of employees participating in Payroll Giving and demonstrates Edenred's commitment to Payroll Giving and corporate social responsibility
